Consultation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing DeBurke Finishes. We look forward to collaborating with you to create a bespoke piece of abstract art for your space.

Please read our policy carefully regarding booking fees, cancellations, and invoice deductions for our 30-minute consultation service.

1. Booking Fees & Payment

The fee for a 30-minute bespoke abstract art consultation is £45.
This fee must be paid in full at the time of booking via our online scheduling system.
No consultation slot will be secured or confirmed until the payment has been successfully processed.

2. The Final Invoice Deduction (Your Consultation Credit)

We want your consultation to be a seamless investment in your artwork.
If you choose to go ahead and commission a hand-painted piece of abstract art following our session, the £45 booking fee will be fully deducted from your final commission invoice.
This credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and applies strictly to the specific art commission arising from that consultation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to modify your booking, our rules are as follows:

More than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your consultation to a new date and time free of charge, or request a full refund of your £45 fee.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. This covers the administrative time allocated to prepare for your session.
No-shows: If you miss your scheduled appointment without letting us know, the £45 fee is entirely forfeited.

4. Refunds on Completed Consultations

Once the 30-minute consultation has taken place, the £45 fee is non-refundable, as it covers the professional time, expertise, and advice provided during the session.
Deciding not to move forward with a custom art commission after the meeting does not entitle you to a refund of the initial consultation fee.
